From 18 to 20 April 2016, the 5th Global Feed and Food Congress (GFFC) was held in Antalya, Turkey.
The fifth GFFC was organized by the International Federation of the Feed Industry (IFIF) in cooperation with the European Federation of Feed Producers (FEFAC) and organized by the Turkish Federation of Feed Producers (TURKIYEM BIR) with technical support provided by the Food and Agriculture Organization. United Nations Organization (FAO).
AGS Trading was represented by Akim Talibov and Ali Seyfullayev. Over 900 delegates from around the world joined 70 world-class speakers, including CEOs, leaders, and experts from global feed and food companies, international organizations, and the scientific community, who shared their knowledge and expertise at 5 GFFC sessions and workshops that covered the entire feed production and processing value chain with a particular focus on sustainable development, markets and trade, global rules and trade facilitation, biosafety along the feed and food chain, animal nutrition, innovation and research and development.
Addressing the GFFC theme "Justice and Prosperity for All - the Future", the final high-level panel brought together Knut Nesse, CEO of Nutreco, Hubert de Roquefaille, Chairman of InVivo NSA, Dr. Marcos Jank, Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Business Development at BRF, and Durmush Yilmaz, former Governor of the Central Bank of Turkey.
